Who We Serve and How the Network Works

The Great Men Project is a movement for driven men 39 to 59 who did everything right and still feel like something is missing.

Career guys. Entrepreneurs. Professionals. Married or have been. Kids. Successful on paper, empty inside, and needing support from other Great Men.

These are men looking for answers, have the resources to invest in their growth, and are looking for guys like you to help them.

We help these men navigate midlife in 7 core areas:

• initiation - Connection, friendship, masculinity, and emotional intelligence.
• inner world - Men's mental health.
• industry - Business, entrepreneurship, work and career.

Here's how we do it:

1. We gather them.

We cast a wide net bringing men into our community, The Great Men Brotherhood, then the brotherhood does what it was designed to do: it gets a man to say out loud what is actually wrong.

We find the real problem he needs help with right now, and then connect them to coaches, leaders, and providers that can solve it as fast as possible.

2. We nurture trust and relationship with them, and they tell us where they need support.

The brotherhood exists to connect guys together, and create a safe place where they can name what's actually wrong, how they feel about it, and motivate him to do something about it. 

We do not guess what these men need. They tell us their current problems and how they feel about it.

Every week, in his own words, a man tells us his biggest challenge.

3. We refer them to you.

Not a cold ad. Not a banner on a random website. Not just another name and email in an old list.

A warm, personal handoff from a brother who was asked for help.

These are warm leads, who have a problem, that has triggered an emotions strong enough to seek out a solution.

4. They hire you. You solve his problem. We create a customer for life.

5. Then he returns to The Brotherhood to solve his next challenge.

We nurture the relationships within the community, and whenever a brother has a problem rise up, we send him to another member of The Great Men Network.

Approved providers, coaches, and leaders who solve exactly what these men need for their physical health, connection, mental health, work, business, marriage, parenting, legacy, and purpose.

We gather Great Men around the fire.

Then we guide them to YOU.
