By joining the Great Men Brotherhood, purchasing a membership, attending an event, or engaging with any content on this platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Educational & Entertainment Use Only
   All content, materials, and discussions provided through GreatMen.org — including podcasts, community forums, courses, and live events — are for educational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing provided constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or therapeutic advice. Participation does not create a professional-client relationship.
2. Not Therapy, Coaching, or Treatment
   The Great Men Brotherhood is a peer-based community and personal development experience. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health or medical condition. If you are experiencing a crisis, seek immediate support from a licensed professional.
3. Personal Responsibility
   You are solely responsible for how you engage with and apply the information shared in this community. We make no guarantees of any specific transformation, financial gain, relationship improvement, or emotional outcome.
4. Confidentiality & Respect
   You agree to respect the confidentiality, dignity, and privacy of all members. Sharing, screenshotting, recording, or reposting private content from within the Brotherhood without explicit permission is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate removal without refund.
5. Final Sale & No Refunds
   All purchases, including memberships, event tickets, and digital content, are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason unless otherwise stated in the promotion. Please consider your purchase carefully. Live event payments may be transferred to one of our next three live events if you cannot attend, but will not be refunded.
6. Cancellation Policy
   You may cancel your membership at any time via your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund previous charges. Your access will continue through the end of your billing cycle. You can upgrade or downgrade thresholds at any time by writing in to customer support.
7. Community Guidelines & Conduct
   All members must follow our posted Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove any member for disrespectful behavior, harassment, hate speech, trolling, spamming, or behavior that disrupts the Brotherhood. Membership is at-will and can be terminated at our discretion.
8. Event Disclaimers
   By attending a live or virtual event hosted by GreatMen.org, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation, including physical activity, altered states, emotional intensity, and travel-related risks. You agree to be responsible for your own well-being and actions during events.
9. Intellectual Property
   All content shared by GreatMen.org — including frameworks, teachings, recordings, and graphics — is the sole intellectual property of Great Men Brotherhood and Shane Sams. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is prohibited without written permission. 
10. Liability Waiver
    You agree to hold harmless Shane Sams, Great Men Brotherhood, and any affiliated entities or individuals from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising out of your participation in the community, courses, events, or related activities. This includes but is not limited to actions or statements made by other members.
11. Terms Subject to Change
    These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Your continued participation in the community constitutes your acceptance of any future updates.

12. User Submissions & Intellectual Property Rights
    By posting, uploading, submitting, or otherwise sharing any content within the Great Men Brotherhood community — including but not limited to forum posts, challenge entries, messages, testimonials, journal entries, or event participation — you grant GreatMen.org, Shane Sams, and affiliated entities a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, and distribute such content for marketing, promotional, educational, or operational purposes.

    You acknowledge that any contributions you make to the community may be used publicly, and you waive any claims to royalties or other compensation related to the use of your submissions.

    While we respect the confidentiality of sensitive discussions, and in most cases will seek permission to use, participation in community forums implies consent for your shared content to become part of the Brotherhood’s collective culture and assets.

GreatMen.org Community Guidelines

Welcome to the fire. This isn’t just a forum. It’s a sacred space. A place where men gather not to perform, but to reflect, support, and grow in rhythm. To protect that fire, we hold a few key agreements.

Please read these carefully before you post.

1. Come As You Are
   This is not a space to impress or posture. You don’t have to have it all together. You just have to show up. Honest presence is more powerful than perfect performance.
2. Speak From the Rhythm
   All posts should be made inside the forum that matches your current emotional state (Gather, Spark, Stoke, Tame, Tend, Embers, or Smoke). If you're unsure, choose the one that feels closest. There are no wrong entries—just real ones.
3. No Fixing, No Preaching
   When responding to another man, meet him with presence, not advice. This is not a place to solve each other’s lives. It's a place to witness, reflect, and hold space.
4. Confidentiality Is Sacred
   What is shared here, stays here. Screenshots, reposts, or sharing another man's words outside the circle will result in immediate removal.
5. No Hate, Politics, or Preaching Agendas
   This is not the place for divisive debates, religious lectures, or political arguments. We honor differences, but we don’t use this space to convert or convince.
6. Authentic Photos & Names
   We ask that you use your real first name and a photo of yourself (or something that represents your truth). No anonymous accounts. Real fire needs real faces.
7. No Promotions or Pitches
   This is not a marketplace. Do not promote your programs, content, or events unless explicitly invited to by Shane or the team. We’re here to be first, not sell.
8. Respect the Flame
   You are welcome here, but this fire must be respected. Disrespect, trolling, or repeated violations will result in removal. No drama. No toxicity.
9. Be the Firekeeper
   This isn’t Shane’s community. It’s ours. If you see a brother who needs encouragement, give it. If you see a rhythm being dishonored, speak up with grace.
10. Rhythm, Not Perfection
    You’ll have good days and dark ones. Show up anyway. We’re not here to be better. We’re here to be real. Rhythm is the only requirement.
